Sound Bath Meditation

Monthly – Every fourth Friday of the month at  7:15pm

Immerse yourself in 60 minutes of soothing, sound bath bliss. Rest in tranquility as you are bathed in the sound and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls.

Feel at ease as you drift into a place of deep relaxation, soothing the nervous system and calming the mind.

Sound baths can help you gently drop into meditation. The many benefits include:
Reduced stress and tension in body
Reduced blood pressure
Improved mood and mental health
Improved sleep quality
Deeper state of relaxation

Wear comfortable clothing, bring a towel or 2 pillow covers to cover the bolsters and anything that will allow the physical body to feel at ease – a pillow for your head, eye pillow, socks and blanket.

Yoga Rainforest Retreat

Treat yourself to a relaxing weekend in Montville, in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland rainforest. 

We will take our time experiencing nature, walking through the rainforest.

You will be guided through conscious breathing, gentle and restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation.
